PROGRAM DETAILS

In this workshop, you will learn a system for how to manage complex business opportunities. It is a NAVIGATION SYSTEM that you can use again and again! The participants bring their REAL accounts. The group is separated into teams of 5. Each team selects one account to work on. At the end of the workshop, using the SYSTEM presented in the workshop, each team presents their strategy for that account.
